North Island Seychelles is regarded as the world’s most exclusive hideaway. It is beautifully set on an island larger than Monte Carlo, which is also called North Island. Language and currency: The Seychelles Islands have three official languages: English, French and Creole. Of the three, Creole is the most popular, spoken by 95 percent of the Seychellois population. Weather: February is the hottest month in the north island with an average temperature of 28°C (82°F) and the coldest is July at26°C (78°F). The wettest month is January with an average of 290mm of rain.
